All orders require a $1,500.00 deposit made payable to "Kevin Cronin". All deposits are non-refundable.

All warranties apply only to the original owner and are non-transferrable.

Shipping costs paid in full by the customer (delivery via UPS next day air or FedEx next day air for domestic shipments and via UPS Express SErvice of Fed Ex Express for international shipments. All instruments are shipped insured for prevailing replacement cost at the the time of delivery.) Massachusets residents, or those taking delivery of guitar in Massachusetts, add 5% Massachusetts sales tax. Purchasing of instruments at trade shows require state sales tax to be collected for that state.
